We respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum by lowering voice and turning off mobile phone.
Arriavels
To ensure you receive most of your treatment time, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the “CONFIDENTIAL HEALTH ASSESMENT FORM”. Late arrivals may make it necessary to limit the time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed.
Health Matters
Guest who is pregnant or has health problem must inform our receptionist before the treatment starts.
Spa Attire
We will provide you with spa attire including a choice of spa underwear or you may choose to wear your own. Choose what is the most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.
Valuables
The Management of Su’ Spa accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal items or money of any kind brought into the premises.
Cancallation Policy
Cancellation less than 6 hours will occur 50% cancellation fee. No show or cancellation with less than an hour notice will be charged at 100%.

Complimentary herbal tea, panna cotta and cool tower available for each guest.
